Welcome Gloria. I agree it sounds so much easier on the body. I felt miserable when I did my golytely prep...chills and then a nasty headache in the morning when I got up. I hope that anyone who tries it has great results.

I thought I would share a tip passed on to me by a friend who has UC. I have not tried it myself, since he didn't share it until after I had my colonoscopy. He has had several colonoscopies... and was complimented for being so clean. LOL. He used golytely prep. It calls for nothing but clear liquids...
