Starting FMT next week
Havent posted in a while. It's been a rough year. I've had c diff several times which always aggravates my LC. Anyways I've become eligible for a transplant to be performed via colonoscopy. My donor has been thoroughly screened so I intend to continue transplants at home. All my autoimmune problems ...

Autoimmune issues and Lyme
Several months ago I posted info pertaining to Lyme as a cause of autoimmune issues. I have done numerous tests and have received a positive diagnosis of Lyme with rocky mountain spotted fever (rickettsia) as a co infection. Pretty sure I got this in Florida in oct of 2005. The day after I got home ...

LC and Lyme
Haven't been on in a while and happened to notice some newer posts pertaining to Lyme. I recently started seeing new doctors that deal with hard to treat patients that don't respond well to the usual treatments. They saw evidence of infection in my blood work from the past 6 years that everyone else...

Low cortisol and entocort
Has anyone here had the experience of having low cortisol and Entocort not being effective? Initially I was on prednisone and Entocort for an overlap of ten days. During that time I had great energy and felt back to normal, but now that I've been on just the Entocort for two weeks it's back to D. My...

Thanks for everyone's info
I greatly appreciate all of your knowledge. I have learned my lesson and will not be returning to gluten and dairy. I wish I would have found this forum sooner. sometimes it seems like you're the only person in the world with these problems. My next plan is to ask my doctor about L-Glutamine. I have...

New to the forum
Hi I'm new to this forum, but not new to lymphocytic colitis. I have not had in flare in over 5 years which I attribute to being on LDN. However, this past Feb I decided to do a liver detox and came off my LDN for 5 weeks and back came the colitis. My first bout of colitis was managed very poorly. I...
