Sorry and also, just how bad is drinking alcohol? I know it's bad and my tolerance is way down but I do like a drink at weekends. I gave up wine years ago as the d the next day was unbearable.

I can personally confirm that sweetcorn is an excellent indicator of how quickly food becomes poop!
