Re: An update on my LDN therapy: A Miracle? An unequivocal YES!

KDarby...thanks so much for sharing that with me. I'm happy to hear you got off it and it's nice to know what helped you. I belong to withdrawal groups so I would be tapering down really slow. I take oral Progesterone which helps me sleep. So maybe that could help me. idk. But I believe the Ami help...

Re: An update on my LDN therapy: A Miracle? An unequivocal YES!

Hi Monique! It's been a long time. Perusing over the forum about Covid and saw your post on LDN. do you still take it? I take Amitriptyline 25 mgs for 23 years and I want off it. But afraid the Big D will hit. I've been in remission since 2013. for anyone taking this medication (Ami) it's VERY hard ...

I will try that brand...thanks! The fish oil pills also gave me horrible heartburn. Tex, that is so cool that you are writing a novel. I wish you the best of luck with it. I'm in need of reading a book that isn't all medical. that's all I've been reading lately. My friend's sister-in-law just got di...

Tex...oh wow..had no idea! I just knew they had a good fiber content. I will brave some Flaxseed oil capsules..maybe I won't get nauseated from those. Glad you do well on them. I'm now constipated some...I think it's all hormonal now. I'm on a hormonal rollercoaster ride. I now will up my Estrogen a...

Let me know how it goes. I tried some Chia seeds in a smoothie but I think I ended up with a tummy ache but hard to say for sure since I had other stuff in it. I have flax seeds now in my smoothie but I don't seem to do well with them ...fiber content maybe? Do you think flaxseeds are just as good a...

Carol, yes I have heard of that and need to address that! It's just so hard for me without a gallbladder because I don't absorb it well...like I can't take fish oil without getting nauseated but I found another kind I may brave again. Maybe I just need to take it with OxBile. I know my Omega 6's are...

thanks Tex! I've been doing more research and it seems if Zinc is deficient that it can cause a cytokine storm and high inflammation. My C-reactive protein is high at 12. Not sure how accurate that test was but I had it done 3 years ago. could be better by now. Ashwaghanda is known for making AI dis...

Anti-oxidants! Some good or bad?

Hi all, I've been in remission from MC since the beginning of 2013. Over this time frame I often forget I even have this disease! Until..... I started on a supplement from my chiropractor..it's a liquid that you swish under the tongue...it's aqua-cellular and avoids the GI system and liver. But it h...

Hi Monique, remember me!?

I've been dying to try the Collagen...how are you doing on it?

BTW, yes we are all different...I've done very well on a good Probiotic but thinking of adding in Saccharomyces Boulardii. I've been in remission since 2013.

I had forgotten how wonderful this group is!

Why thank you Tex! Always good to get your input. Glad you are doing so well. Awesome!! I did know that about the liver and also that I could get stones in the liver/bile ducts if I don't eat well or if the liver has a hard time detoxing stuff. I did beet juice powder, apple cider vinegar with honey...

I was taking 300 mgs of Mag at night. I've had to stop it since I started getting D again...now having Leg cramps in the morning. I don't take much calcium at all. Look up Dr. Berg on Youtube and he talks a lot about Calcium and Magnesium. It all goes over my head. I was taking Mag Glycinate...never...

Hi all, been a long time! I've been in remission from MC since 2013 then had my Gallbladder out in 2015. I had constipation on and off since then. I've been so sluggish that I've had to resort to cleaning out my liver some to get the bile moving...well that got it moving too much so I got D...freake...

Hi dolson, I have MC and had my Gallbladder out in 2015. Had constipation issues on and off..never D till now. I was eating fattier foods again...bad! And it's hard to tell if it's an MC attack for me or lack of GB. I've been in remission from MC since 2013. Lack of bile is what caused me the consti...

WhirledPeas, Thank you so much! Yes, I get one challenge after another. Just makes us tougher. You hang in there and good luck with weaning off the Budesonide. You mentioned hurricanes...do you live in FL or TX? I'm in Houston and Harvey hit us bad but we got lucky and didn't flood but everyone arou...
