Thanks everyone! I haven't been on-line for a couple of days and just found these messages this evening. I had a wonderful birthday with beautiful weather and the entire day spent with family and grandchildren. Best birthday ever, and I've been feeling great. Today I ate my first salad since Novembe...

Tex, regarding your comments about the mouth and mucosal tissue - for the past several weeks I have had large, painful canker sores in my mouth and on my tongue. I was quick to blame a new supplement prescribed by my ND for adrenal function until it occurred to me that I had started chewing some GF ...

Thanks for all the links to articles relating to LDN, Tex. They are very informative. Monique, I had forgotten that the first two nights I took LDN I did have extremely vivid dreams, but I always dream a lot and I usually remember them upon waking, so it didn't seem unusual to me. I am sleeping extr...

Hi Monique It has pretty much gotten rid of D, unless I inadvertently eat gluten. I am able to eat most fruits and veggies now. I no longer have gut pain when I eat, and no more embarrassingly loud noises coming from my intestines. I'm also sleeping much better, but that might be because overall I a...

I have been on low dose Naltrexone since December and it has helped me tremendously. I plan to keep taking it as long as it keeps working for me, in combination with the elimination of known trigger foods. Other than continued low energy and occasional days of extreme fatigue, my symptoms have mostl...

Hi Monique I return to the BRAT diet for a day or two and it seems to do the trick. Tex, I am also finding sugar and carbs to be an issue, and doing my best to cut back on them. I stay home, if possible, and do creative things like sewing or quilting to pass the time, unless the brain fog is too thi...

Hi Leah I've always had low blood pressure, too, but this seems especially low. I am still recovering from my knee surgery - 6 weeks in and another 6 weeks of physical therapy to go. Went off the anti-inflammatories within the first two days, but my knee was so incredibly swollen I relented and went...

Low blood pressure
Is low blood pressure a side effect of going gluten free? Mine has been consistently low, most recently 90/60, and I'm wondering if there is a connection?
