Which supplements can be problematic?

Hello, It's been a while since I last wrote here. I'm still looking for better health, but my stomach/gut problems got a lot better when I started on NDT (have Hashimotos), rotation diet and studying the three Principles. I wonder which supplements work well and which ones work less well if you have...

Hi Lilja, I also have more or less ache in the lower back and hips every day. When I do some physical activity out of the ordinary, no matter how small, I get lactic acid followed by exercise pain 1-3 days afterwards. This is depressing as I used to love to work out. Do you still use: - 4 oz fresh o...

Thank you for your answers. I will give it 2 more weeks then I need to contact my gastrologist to see how to proceed. I have also been under a lot of stress feeling worse and managing projects at work. So I know that that has made an impact. I’m going to relax more and see if it helps somewhat. I re...

I’m on Budosenide and now I feel worse, how is that possible

After many years with MC I decided that a had to try Entocort (Budosenide). The decision is based on that I felt worse than before and that I need to try Entocort before I try anything else according to my gastroenterologist. Now to the problem, 2 weeks in I feel more tired than in a very long time ...

Eat calorie rich foods that you think you can tolerate. See what works for you, everyone is different.
Eat small portions often.
Do not burn unnecessary energy for fear of the future, stress of your current situation.
Exercise moderately.

Cholestyramine and Pancrelipase

Hi,
I visited my doctor today and asked her about Cholestyramine (Questran). She said that it was almost the same as Pancrelipase (Creon). I have tried Creon and that gave me a stomachache.
My question is could you benefit from Cholestyramine even if Pancrelipase don't work for you?

I’m just wondering have you checked your adrenals? Fatigue can be adrenal fatigue, and if you have adrenal fatigue you should be very careful with increasing thyroid medication. It will stress them even more. I have that problem with T3 medication since my adrenal function is far from optimal. https...

The blood sample I have done for all those minerals has all been in the middle of the reference interval now in 2017. Therefore, I thought it was strange that they were so low on hair mineral analysis. So it is more likely that blood samples give a true picture of my mineral status than the values I...

Thank you for your input! I was thinking since joint pain are common in Hashimotos and Adrenal fatigue it could a hormonal issue. It seems that in later stages of adrenal fatigue it is very common to get multible food sensitivity (and food sensitivity can lead to adrenal fatigue). So if you are in t...

Joint pain with MC, what is the reason behind it?

I probably do not have psoriatic arthritis or arthritis (as I previously thought) when the 3 MRI scans I have done are not able to find any signs of inflammation in either the spine or hip. So the pain I feel in the joints, muscle attachment, muscles are most likely linked to my microscopic colitis....

Both are Liquid and have Magnesium Chloride as the active ingredient. Just wondering.
