Zizzle, i think we've discussed this before--but i have symptoms of a lot of things, specifically thyroid, lupus and sjogren's. the problem is that the only positive test i have is a high positive ANA. no other specific antibodies, thyroid labs are 'normal' (T4 is a bit low, but in the 'range'), etc...
