Nancy, I'm not sure what strength Joe is on but I'm taking Wellbutrin 150 XL which is the extended release. I hear it's the best because it is being released gradually. Also, if you are subscribed it, give it a chance. I was ready to give up on it but now I'm almost on 3 weeks in and I'm feeling so ...

Jessica, I am so very sorry about your sister passing. Life can be so sad.

Leslie, I believe if my nephew didn't die, it would have been just more suffering for him and his family. His addiction was out of control and he refused to go into rehab.

Hi Nancy I understand about feeling down with the results. When I was given my Entero Lab results, I went into a depression. It was worse than I could have imagined. Here I was trying to get off of Prozac being that it is an SSRI and it just seemed to back fire. I recently (2 1/2 weeks ago) started ...

Mornings were and still are my best time. I feel good enough to exercise and I focus better at work. As the day progresses, I begin to get bloated, cramping and just can't wait to get home to lie down.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your wonderful responses. I am slowly coming out of my shell, wish I could say the same for my sister. Her broken heart breaks my heart. I have been in search of faith as it has died a few years ago. I think I need it back in my life. I went to the gym t...

Learning to cope

Hello everyone. It's been a while since I've been here. I haven't been in a chatty mood and I don't know when and if I will be again but I need to do something, talk to someone. I lost my 18 year old nephew to drugs on June 18th. As the weeks go on, it seems to become harder. His mother and I (my si...

For starters, seriously Tex? No offense whatsoever! Please do not remove it. There is nothing better than humor.

Thank you everyone for your ideas. My first to try is coconut oil.

Ideas for my sweet potato

Since I have to give up my pat of butter  (which I haven't yet), I thought I would find out what my potty people friends put on their sweet potato.

Hi Paula  The only thing I could think of rotating is to eat my lunch at dinner and my dinner at lunch, lol. Everything is the same, every single day! I added pistachios and watermelon and my belly is in an uproar.... which do I discontinue?? DAO, I read that on here, yet another drug ...

Has anyone ever heard of a natural supplement called "D-Hist"? Not sure if I read it correctly, but it appears it would help reduce histamine production. Paula I've been reading up on it recently and it seems to get a lot of good reviews. I was considering purchasing it, haven't done it y...

Hi Leah, sorry so late to the party. I'm sorry that you're relapsing and I wish I had some encouraging words. Reading everyone's post just now totally depressed me. I am still in denial of the foods I cannot eat and here I'm reading that high histamine foods may be a problem as well (avocado's) my f...
