I need to take probiotics & Vitamins says the GI....help

Hi There, OK so do I really need a probiotic? How about Colon Health? I have a couple bottles of that stuff. Does anyone know of a good probiotic to use, or if i really even need it? Ugh As for the multi-vitamins, I know I need this. I hardly eat any veggies because they hurt me, and I know I am lac...

Well since Friday when I went down to 2 pills, I still feel great and no problems with C. Phew! Such a relief...Literally :)

Ok thats good to know. My GI just told me last week that on Monday I need to go to 2 pills daily! Thanks so much, I will. Definitely do not want to struggle with C.

I still feel great for the most part (just want to use the bathroom now, but seem to be having difficulty today), and losing weight! Although I did have a question, since Im not getting hardly any fiber, what do I do if I become constipated?

Any good suggestions?

You know, i have another question. The GI said, no meats undercooked. So, steak i used to eat med rare, and I used to eat sashimi all the time which is raw fish. Is that not recommended either?
