Just a thought. I am gluten sensitive but I believe I hae a pretty mild case by comparision. I am able to eat Spelt bread without a reaction. it does have Gluten in it but both me and my grandmother can tolerate it with issue.

I indulge in occasional coffe. Mostly i drink the blended coffes but I have never really had problems with it. I would say try a small amount once and see what happens.
