well if its not too severe try and let ur system 6et used to it, i was fine a week a6o but i flared and now have an ulcer, ill try evverytin 6abes said first if not, jumpin on PPIs or zantac first, but i really hope I dont have to, zero carb works well for reflux but with an ulcer....ill have to see...

H2 blockers are not PPIs, and they do not cause a rebound effect when you wean off them. In this country H2 blockers are available over-the-counter (without a prescription).
