So you also removed all supplements? Do you plan to add foods back in? I guess I'm just not sure where to go from here, because I'm already doing a lot of diet restrictions. Thanks!

I've used it and it seems to work well for me. I also use Inner Eco- a probiotic liquid- that has totally different strains. Between the two, I think it covers me well for probiotics.
