Cprt Enema
I've been prescribed Cort Enema, twice a day. I was told to try to hold for 6 hours. HAA! Anyone have any experience with this? Tips? First time I've done anything like this. It says to lay on left side for 30 minutes. I have to do morning and night. I already get up at 5 AM, hard to see how I'm goi...

Leah, Mag lotion on feet, morning and night, especially after shower. I've read pore size is largest on bottom of feet and on your head, so easiest absorption. But, I do wonder about callouses on my feet. So I concentrate on softer areas. I also use on my butt and stomach, as it does not bother me o...

Anna, Welcome. I too have low blood pressure. For me it is POTS (postural hypotension), that causes dizziness, almost fainting, falling upon sudden standing, wobbliness, etc. I also have Mast Cell issues. Tex has a great selection of mast cell discussions linked from the homepage here. You might wan...

Nancy, Follow the guidelines here - http://www.ancient-minerals.com/products/magnesium-application-use/ I put on my arms and legs. And then wipe any excess across my stomach. I never had skin sensitivity, so I started covering my body immediately. Now I see they recommend starting slowly. Oops:) I d...

I subscribed for years to the CSP letter. Even bought a gift subscription for my parents. I found that though they are NOT in the pocket of the food industry, they are extremely and inexcusably slow in recognizing new research. They trumpet traditional medical views, even in the face of new evidence...

Tex, Thanks. Exactly information I was looking for. Will help me make the decision on how long to continue Pepto. Linda, I think I'll try this recipe. Anything but more meat:) Thanks. Nancy, I am sensitive to Nightshades, but would be willing to give red potatoes a try. Tomatoes, peppers and eggplan...

Thanks for the link to Dr. Fine. He mentions Pepto, but not how long to take. I'm on week 5 and wondering when it is prudent to quit. I was slow to respond, and not completely responding, but it is helping. Hopefully I'm not in the 20-39% that relapse. So far no side effects, thankfully. I eat cooke...
