Well, today we got our much desired BFP (Big Fat Positive pregnancy test)! :) We are over the moon :) And I am already ...

reduced thyroid antibodies on elimination diet?
I will post my question on this board as well: Did anybody have any luck in bringing thyroid antibodies down with eliminating food allergens/sensitivities? Did anybody manage to bring the levels of TPO-Ab (thyroid antibodies) down after eliminating food allergens/sensitivities? If yes, how long (approximately) did it take? Thank you!

Thank you very much for the feedback! I read that wheatgrass itself does not contain gluten - gluten is only in the developed grain. I got this powder: http://www.vitacost.com/amazing-grass-organic-wheat-grass-powder-28-oz, which claims to be gluten free. I am thinking to try it slowly. I will share...

SpectraCell test
As I prepare for possible IVF cycle, I would really like to make sure that my vitamins deficiencies after months of D are addressed. So it would be good to know what they are. Did anybody try SpectraCell tests? Was it informative? helpful? any better test out there? Thank you!

I would really like to start taking wheatgrass (for nutrients benefit), but a bit cautious. If you tried, could you please share your experience? Thank you!

I use Ancient Minerals magnesium lotion ( http://www.ancient-minerals.com/product ... um-lotion/ ) and I am happy with it. I just use it as a regular lotion all over my body, except face and surgery scars, - twice a day after shower.

Gabes, this is very important and helpful piece of information! I have not done the heavy metal testing and I probably should (I grew up in heavily industrial region). I will certainly research and try to do it asap - thank you so much for advice! As for Vit D. I did it recently: Vit D 25-OH Total 3...

Spline in math is a piecewise polynomial function, useful in many applications, though term comes originally from engineering :) Splines are one of my professional expertise areas :):) I looked up The Gabriel Method. It simply has different goals which don't always align with ours (to reduce colon i...
