I take Maximum Essential omega 3 from procaps labs... And many other of dr lessmans vitamins.. Only thing im not a fan of is the Mag oxide in a lot of the vitamins. small amounts but it adds up and maybe doesn't allow me to get the firm logs id like.

is there any test I can do for leaky gut? last time i asked if he heard of that he hadn't and basically said stop playing dr google.. sigh. What about any test for parasites - H. I daily eat way to many nuts as once i start i can't stop and before I know it I have probably a easy 4-6oz of mixed pecans, walnuts, brazil and Macadamia nuts down. I do find I'll have a lot of inpropery digested pieces in my bm's - no other gi discomforts.
