MICROSCOPIC COLITIS SUPPORT

Is there an option to sub for coconut oil? My skin ends up like sandpaper if I put it on my skin. I suspect it screws up my oil balance.

I do do frequent soaks in Epsom. I am hypermobile (or I was) so I have pain issues now and then. So I take baths at least once a week and always add Epsom.

I have Hashi's and I know my D is crap. I was taking it well until June because I'm stupid at taking meds and my husband would schedule for me. I just forget all the time because I take it with calcium. I've never been able to handle straight magnesium. I'm not sure how to go about trying that again...
