Thank you for replying Tex. Right now I’m trying to decrease using Miralax , I did use it daily. Will try One or two times a week. If that doesn’t work I well try the Metamucil.I have used the zinc ointment and that did help. Thanks again, you are always there.

Large bowel movement

I have been using Miralax for several months and it has been helpful. I have had two bouts of dizziness and nausea which can be a side affect. I still need something any suggestions. I don’t want the hemmorids to return. This is my go to group! Take care and be safe.

Thank you for the feedback. I guess it is a crap shot about taking it. I think I will consider it. I do get a flu shot every year and no problem.

Thank you Tex. I have been in remission for about four years. I think I will try 500 to 1000. I want to control the gingivitis so I don’t have to have surgery. Is there one brand that might be better?
Thank you so much

Vitamin C

Just started periodontal work. It suggests taking Vitamin C. Presently I just take Vitamin D. Looking for suggestions and comments about adding this supplement. I really want this work to help my gingivitis. Any advice or suggestions appreciated.
