i've seen several posts recommending a good probiotic - but which ones are good??...my GI dr told me a few years ago ( pre diagnosis of MC) to take ALIGN...i never could tell if it was helping or not, but i took it religiously...now i'm post diagnosis of MC for about a month and not taking any probi...
