Re: Meat Advice
Thanks guys! As I have thought about it, this all started when my dentist told me to start using sensodyne toothpaste about 6 months ago. For my lifetime, I only have used crest whitening. I should have known not to change anything. I have discontinued the sensodyne for a while, but the inflammation...

Re: Meat Advice
Does anyone have any advice on soothing/healing irritated gums? My mouth sores/irritated gums are getting worse instead of better. It's like a whole layer of skin is gone from the inside of my cheek. I believe its attributed to the high unavoidable stress in my life right now. Stress has been going ...

Re: Questions about my son
Yes He is Gabes. Tex, He does eat a lot of protein and more than 3 meals a day. I honestly don't know where he puts all of the food. He is a very active basketball player and needs the food, I guess. He doesn't eat many vegetables, mainly starches and carbohydrates. I am going to up his vegetable in...

Re: Questions about my son
Thanks Tex for your response. Prior to his diet of gf and df, he was very constipated and cramped horribly only to go very little, but would try often. Along with being gf and df, we took chicken out of his diet for a week and it didn't change his bowel movements. Beef is +2 and he doesn't eat it ve...

Questions about my son
Hi all, I hope to find everyone well. I wanted to ask a question about my son. He has been gluten and dairy free now for a year, but he is still having 2-3 bowel movements a day. He hasn't been diagnosed with MC (only me). He was on the constipated side and having bad cramps, before he was gf and df...

Thanks Tex! It's a chronic problem for me. I am going to start zyrtec today. I was so hoping by now I would have found a way to get this under control.

Re: Meat Advice
I have also acquired in the last year, eyelid dermatitis, tender gums, and a reoccurring mouth sore. The mouth sore has came back 3 times in the last 4 months. I notice it’s when there is extra spice like pepper on my chicken. My husband loves pepper! It’s been pretty bad. I have never had tender gu...

Re: Meat Advice
Thanks Tex, no on the DAO supplement. When I took those, it only delayed my reaction. Once the supplement was out of my system I had major D. I couldn’t figure out if it was from the ingredients in the pill or the histamine intolerance. I do take hot showers, so I will check into that. I really need...

Meat Advice
Hi All, I need advice on what meat/protein to eat. Since going through menopause, my histamine intolerance has significantly gotten worse and sadly, it was already bad to begin with. It's been over a year since I have eaten red meat due to causing migraines. My go to safe meat has always been ground...

Thank you guys! I have recovered, that was rough. I was sick for about 2 weeks.
Sadly, now I am dealing with pollen allergies. It’s that time again, it always causes gut troubles for me.

That’s interesting Tex, thank you for bringing that up. I forgot that stress impacts me too. I really have been stressed about Covid, my son’s new diet, and my young niece passing unexpectedly. My daughter has covid now, she had her first shot a week ago 🤦🏼♀️. Luckily her symptoms are mild. She has...
