I think mine has been triggered by a gut imbalance as I have tried cutting out foods that may caused a problem then slowing adding them back and nothing seems to make a difference but then tried the IBS probiotics and they are working. So why my body had the imbalance in the first place ???

I do take Vit D as my levels were low but have been that way for over 10 years before all this started. Yes tomatoes have always given me the runs, soups the worst. I will have a read of the success stories.
