I will spray throughout the day now! And get in that sun for some time every day. If i get 30 mins or so of sun a day, no sunscreen, do i still need to take the Vit D?

Tex~ that makes perfect sense about the sunscreen. I can easily go sit out in my yard in the sun with no sunscreen for a 10-15 mins a day and get it that way. And if i'm on the beach, i can just wait before i put the sunscreen on about the same amount of time i suppose. But i didn't realize that sho...

For me, Lichen is almost as horrible as having colitis. Because now i can't have or enjoy sex anymore, along w/o out being able to eat anything. I spend my life on the toilet, and i can't have sex. What else is there really.....No food, No Sex......really? I find i am getting more and more depressed...

I have LS as well~ was diagnosed back in 2003.....i do not wear any pads, or underwear for that matter. I don't work so i'm at home all the time. Only if i go out to the store or somewhere will i put on underwear!
