Hotrod, I make salad dressing with lemon juice, olive oil, stevia (sweetener) and garlic powder, you can also add ketchup if you like.

Tex, Yes I have experienced those very symptoms three times. No vomiting but nausea and chills, I felt very sick and then D and I was better.

A recent study in JOURNAL of Medicinal Food claims coconut flour lowers cholesterol. However it is high in fiber but low in carbos.

For those who are casein intolerant, you might try the book---Cooking With Coconut flour--by -
Bruce Fife Most of his recipes say butter or coconut oil.
I have tried his coconut cookies and his muffins and they are delicious.
