Hi Bubba - If your progress stalls, I would strongly suggest eliminating seeds, grains, and other high-lectin plant foods. I saw that you eat sunflower and pumpkin seeds, and I believe sunflower seeds caused my CC, as I describe in my post on 7/28. Good luck!
