vitamin question for Wayne et al
Hi. I just noticed my Intergrative Therapeutics Active B-Complex has as an ingredient "Pantothenic Acid as calicum D-pantothenate." It has 100mg in two capsules. Do you know if this is the same thing as calcium? I ask because I'm trying to avoid calcium supplements in an effort to increase...

Thanks so much Vanessa. Did you mean spray on the skin the ReMag or the ReMyte? I too am disgruntled with the medical community because they got me into this mess by putting me on a PPI for gastritis, which then gave me heartburn and chest pain. It seems the only thing in my GI's bag of tricks is in...

Vanessa what did your Gerd feel like? Mine is heartburn after meals but mainly left sided chest pain all day. I'm beginning to think it's more anxiety related than anything else at this point. How long did you have the burning stomach and GERD? Did you use ReMag alone to get to 700 mg? On my latest ...

Wayne, Gabes - another mag question
I read recently that magnesium supplementation can increase GERD by relaxing the lower esophageal sphincter, much as it relaxes other muscles. Any thoughts? Thanks very much.

Wayne, the only starch I eat is about 1/2 cup of potato, winter squash or rutabaga three times a day (with each meal), and maybe 1/2 banana a day. Plus I eat low starch veggies (brocolli, etc). Once in a blue moon I'll have a half cup white rice if my weight is getting too low. Do you think that's o...

Do you agree with this article, which claims that digestive amylase supplements can increase blood sugar?

1. So in other words, this article does NOT imply that lipase in digestive enzyme form degrades the stomach lining...correct? 2. One other question...would a serum lipase test measure my stomach or pancreatic lipase? Mine came back in normal range so does that mean I don't need lipase in enzyme form...

Thank you Wayne. I'm wondering if you can help me decode this article.
Does this one imply lipase can degrade the stomach lining?
