3 or 4 times a year I have to fly to China for work. The flight is a grueling 16 hour ordeal with 2-4 extra hours on either end of airports, buses, and taxis. Bean Flour
I'm a newbie and wanted to find out if anyone had any experience with bean flours for making bread. Our local health food store carrys garbanzo or fava varieties. I have lymphocytic colitis and need to find a substitute my system will tolerate.

I just started taking Asacol 2 weeks ago after being diagnosed with Lymphocytic Colitis. I also went from a mostly gluten free diet to an entirely gluten free diet.
