What about stress from surgery

It would appear that after my gall bladder removal back in 1998 all heck broke loose for me. I was soon to be anxious all the time, moody and my gyn tested me for tsh level which was normal but blood work for hormone levels proven me to be post menopausal at the age of 44! I was put on Premarin for ...

Hi Jeri

~~~~Sadly, I really like the guy, and I think he does know what he's doing with colonoscopies, etc., and so, I told my husband that I'd just go back to my online support group/family to get the information I need and go get my colonoscopies from him when I need to go again, but not depend on him for...
Mad as H _ _ _!
Remember when most of the otc proton pump inhibitors were mostly by prescription only? If you had a malady of some sort (perhaps a bit facetious) the ordering physician claimed you need nexium or whatever. Some physicians will tell you that an elevated cholesteral number made you a recruit for a lip...
Itchy skin no rash
Every so often I get an itching skin problem (even my scalp) and it sometimes disturbs my sleep. I am being diligent with my foods but wonder if this could be a symptom to mc as well? I don't believe its just dry skin either. I work for dermatologists and many patients appear to have cases of itchin...
Thank you both
Yes, when I first was dx'd with MC my pain was virtually on the left side, hence my pcp first instinct diverticulitis. Now, it is on my right side. Need to order another colonoscopy as it is long overdo anyways. If my MC is the culprit I am dealing with my diet and the insidious aches from this dise...
stresses
Dear hum bird 753m I, too, have lost a sister in August she was my big sis. I know how it feels and it's hard to sometimes feel better. I cry at a drop of a hat as the holidays are a bit vacant because of her loss. I have her memory card and heart on my Christmas tree. We are not alone when the loss...
On my Charistmas list
I asked Santa for the combination package of These books. He told me with my complacency with my known intolerances he'd have to ask his queen Mrs.Klaus- the boss at the North Pole. Please no coal I will promise diligence!
Hello,Tex....
I am not positive but since I have eaten cheese, ice cream, eggs which are all intolerances I do have I most certainly wish to stay on the right track again. Sulfites may be THE problem! I most certainly recall years ago sharing red wine with a friend when I became sick to my stomach- couldn't drink...
Question regarding toasting beverages~
The holidays are fast upon us and is there a yeast free champagne one could toast with family/friends? Thank you I called Barefoot Bubbly and they cannot promise that there is no yeast in their products! If not, guess my drink of choice will be sparkling water.
You are welcome. I don't think the pa today knows all about microscopic colitis. She didn't see my low backache connected with my abdominal issue? I told her about this web site and how my symptoms are connected to MC. Maybe I am a crazy patient but my back and butt soreness wasn't sciatica because ...
