Oh and they also gave me extra vitamins due to the way my body would not process them correctly.

I have ordered the magnesium and Vitamin D waiting for it to come from amazon. What do you recommend to take with b12 deficiency in the past and the allergies? I know certain vitamins may irritate our gut. Should I also take B6? Separate from the B12 or together with it? Are all of these ok to take ...

Dr. proceeded with allergy test which came back with lots of things which I am allergic to, only shellfish on the food list the rest environmental allergies : dust, pollen...

Hmmm...that is interesting as I have been having more problems with the D waking me up at night since starting the medication again. How much and what kind of magnesium? The anxiety actually started after I was diagnosed with a B12 deficiency.

I took this med several years ago in 2006 when a stressful job brought about panic attacks and major problems with anxiety. I took the medication for about 5-6 yea...

I am new to this site. Trying to navigate my way. Got my results from enterolab need to go GF SF DF and Egg Free. I am not sure if I just follow that diet or if I need to start with stage one and work my way up? Or will my gut heal with the GF SF DF EF diet? My symptoms are somewhat manageable from ...

Which enterolab test to order?

Hi, I have had MC for about 3 or 4 years, always uncontrolled. I want to gain control without steroid use. Which labs do you recommend I order? I now eat whatever I want and usually pay the price in the form of watery, explosive D from 4-6 times a day. Thanks!
