Been in remission, since my last head cold in 2018. But the last 2 months, I have had loud ship horn bowel sounds. Haven't changed my diet in 2 years. Am I eating too much of something or any ideas? I tried googling it and just says it is related to IBD. But didn't say how to get rid of it. :mallet:...

I just started a medication for another condition and have a dry mouth. I am in remission and wonder if there is anything such as lozenges instead of sipping water. I don't want to kick me out of remission so is there anything anyone uses?

I have an atrial ablation done about 9 years ago. I have been in sinus rhythm since. When I got MC, I stopped my supplements with the ok from my 2 Cardiologists. I am like Jean, if the ingredient list isn't there, I don't try it.

I couldn't do canned green beans and chicken. I eat lamb turkey and venison not common meats. Now that I've been in remission I can occasionally eat beef and chicken. And also frozen green beans cooked to mush. I also eat under ripe bananas along with a lot of cooked veggies and bone broth. I don't ...

I looked and it says Kettle Brand kettle chips.
Don't know if that is the main company?
