Thank you Tex, it does help!! My heart/gut says skip the budesonide....just a band-aid for me, but I’m sure it works great for others. One more question...they gave me a miracle recipe so to speak....miralax/ benefiber/ Metamucil ....is that the same idea as the cholestryamine?

I was trying to take 400 of the chelated a day but it started giving me WD so right now I’m doing Epsom salt baths mostly every night and doing the topical gel or spray.
