I'm really interested in getting a 23andme test and I've got a really basic question. Do I order the $79 Ancestry test or the $179 Health and Ancestry Test(all on sale)?
I really want to find out if I have the MTHFR gene and more about my methylation issues.

I've been reading about the effects of Tumeric and inflammation. Has anyone any luck with taking tumeric? Any recommended brands?

So how much magnesium lotion is needed? I just got it in the mail and was estimating a teaspoon could equal a ml.

It says 1ml = 33 mg

So would I really need 10 tsp per day?
