I started intermittent fasting in April 2016, the big d started in may 2016. I really didn't connect the two. 5 weeks ago I went artificial sweetener free with very minor improvements. Unsure of the application, but I had the roux en y, which bypasses that pyloric sphincter , so in essence I don't have one. Does that mean gastroparesis isn't possible in my digestive tract? I have checked that out....I am trying to marry my food life now with where it needs to be....if that makes sense. I dont like how i feel. I want and need to feel better.
