I looked up Nathan's again right before I posted this. And they still had gluten in them. At least, here in Ohio, they do! And, yes, I know corn gluten is a different animal from gliadin. When I read the ingredients, they had the two "glutens" grouped together on the ingredient label.

I have to make a comment on Nathan's Hot Dogs. They have wheat gluten as an ingredient, as well as corn gluten. I didn't read the label, thinking they were OK, and got glutenized. Took me months to get my system calmed down again!

What tests do I ask for? I know a number of people on another support group have used their tests, but I didn't know what I needed.
