Thanks Brandy! I am taking/using both magnesium pills and the spray. I will try to use more spray instead. I'm almost 50, so I realize it will take a lot longer. Age! ; ) I've recently switched from Armour to Nature-thyroid. I'm not sure how to tell if either of these are contributing (or have contr...

Thanks Gabes! You've given me much to think about. As for the bone broth, plain broth (homemade by us with our own meats except for beef broth) with only salt added seems to bother me. If I'm off of all entrocort tested meats, I'm assuming those broths are out now too. Is that a correct assumption? ...

Is getting better for everyone?
Is it possible for everyone to get better if he/she keeps trying? Or are there some people who's bodies just don't like any food at all and will always have WD no matter what? I'm coming up on 4 weeks on magnesium and Vit D supplement use (a combo of pills and sprays), have gone through everything o...

Very interesting! I went to the dentist today and almost at the end of my cleaning I realized whatever she was using could have gluten in it. I asked her about it when I was done and she looked it up. I was told there was no gluten in it. I'm still at 7 on the Bristol scale, so it's hard to tell, bu...

Thanks Gabes! I had not found those discussions.... I'm not sure why. They seem very helpful and I'd like to try the muffins. I saw lots of alterations I can make with the recipe to suit my dietary needs. At some point on this forum I think I read that people who can't tolerate almonds can tolerate ...

Muffins Wanted!
I'd love a paleo muffin made with coconut flour (almond flour is out, as are eggs, based on my enterolab results). I've looked here, Pinterest, and google for a recipe but come up with nothing. I'm in Phase 1 and would really like to sit down with a dozen muffins! Any good recipes out there? ...

One more question for everyone.... After consulting with my nutritional therapist, I'm afraid to eat anything that isn't a squash, a banana, coconut, or farm fresh meat. I was however having pumpkin muffins made with almond flower but that will stop based on my test results. Can I eat things like ri...

Thanks for all the advice! Erica - Thanks for your reply! Some things you mention are unknown to me. My HCl acid is quite low as well. What are you doing to remedy that? I think it might be too early to start retaking the supplements I had started last year but stopped after a few weeks. Binder chol...

Thanks Gabes! I wrote that during a bout of insomnia and left out pertinent information ... Yes, I am soy free as well. My soap and moisturizers are soy free and oat free. I make my own moisturizers myself. The turkey I get is from a local farm. It's nothing but ground turkey. My kitchen is not glut...
