Consistency
Thanks, Tex. I, like you, was constipated for my entire life or at least 45 years of it. Now this...so I guess mushy is not normal for me. I will be more careful with the Quinoa. I had several IgA tests done at the Mayo and all were negative. I think I am confused and starting to feel like giving up...

More details to hopefully clarify
Thank you Gabes and Tex for your quick response. In answer to your questions, my last Vitamin D test showed that I am at 85. I was taking 5,000 IU's a day and so the doctor suggested I reduce that to 2,000 IU's a day. I have just started Ancient Minerals/Life Flow Magnesium Oil again. It was giving ...

Test for Magnesium Level
HI Everyone, What is the best test to determine your magnesium level? Trying to figure out how much magnesium I need to supplement. I bought Ancient Minerals Oil and have been using about 30 sprays but my skin is getting so sensitive and itchy. I shower it off about 1/2 after putting it on. I know I...

P5P B6
If we are not taking P5P as part of ReAlign, how many mg's should we be taking every day? I purchased Solgar 50mg and am taking 1 each morning with food as the bottle instructs. Is that enough?
Thank you for all the great info from everyone on supplements.

Hi Gabes, I just broiled the lamb chops, nothing on them except a little salt. And no I certainly did not small serve. Didn't know about that and I was so hungry. Also, I tried some well cooked veggies (just boiled in water). The first day was a small serving of carrots and the next day was carrots ...

What about the fat?
I am so glad this works for so many but it seems for me that diet would not work because any fat seems to cause more diarrhea. I need some protein but when I tried lamb chops the result was WD. I can get away with a little white meat turkey or chicken but not the dark meat. I made bone broth but am ...

Normal Stool and Testing
Hi All, I just called EnteroLabs and asked what the consistency of the stool sample needs to be (I wasn't sure about sending in WD or very loose stool) and was told it needs to be as close to normal as possible. I said so if you are in a flare with MC you should not send it in. I was told to wait un...

Pepto and EnteroLab Test
Thank you Tex. Just one more quick question. Is it ok to do the testing if you are taking Pepto Bismol tablets or Immodium? Will the adversely effect the results?
Thanks again,
Debbie

Toothpaste
Thanks Gabes! I will look more closely in the health food section of our Sprouts grocery store. I'll check out Earthpaste also. Lately on Facebook, I have seen something called "The Dirt" toothpaste. It is Free of Gluten, Soy, Xylitol, Paleo, and Vegan. Has cinnamon so I don't know how tha...

Yes, I see when I look at the ingredients that they are dairy free. It was just when you first click on the link they say in big letters that they are Gluten Free, Soy Free, Kosher and Vegan. I thought that they would also want to say Dairy Free at that spot also. Just says made in the same facility...

When to start Mag Oil?
I just received my Ancient Minerals Mag Oil. I am wondering if I should start it right away during this flare or do I wait until the D has calmed down?
I don't know how soon to start doing things.
Thanks,
Debbie
