Thanks for your response, Tex. I have wondered about the duck eggs but hated to give them up because I will be even hungrier without them!! But, I will do without them for a while and see if things improve. The otc med is loratidine/pseudaphedrine (?sp). I actually just started taking it this spring...

Beef gelatin versus bone broth

Hi, I found a powdered beef gelatin that is made from bovine hide (sounds awful, rght?!) Would it have the same healing properties as beef bone broth? Thanks for your help.

How to treat the flu?

Help! I've been exposed to the flu and am so scared I will get it. If I do, should I take the Tamiflu? What other recommendations do you have? I'm taking Vitamin D 5000 per day along with Thorne Methyl Guard Plus. Getting Magnesium through epsom salts foot baths and spray. Thanks for your help! Julie
