Unbelievable, after 7 years, I'm just in year 1 and not as much consistency as I'd like. I'm curious too. Looking for long range remission, once I reach it.

Bummer! Better back off on the magnesium, at least until you pin point the problem. Did you take Doctor's Best brand Chelated Magnesium (magnesium glycinate)? . . .no mote than 100 mg per meal? I just upped my Mag oral to 300 mg a day and Ancient mineral oil spray on legs and feet and for 2 nights have not experienced leg and foot cramps at night just was common sense to up my May, that's all I've done. Made a big difference.
