Thank you guys. I def need to check Tex's book out. Am I understanding correctly that I should do the elimination diet for at least 30 days before reintroducing foods?

I am excited to read all these posts. I was I initially told 5 years ago that I had lymphocytic colitis following a colonoscopy and given an antibiotic and told to take pepto. My doctor never has had any advice for the LC but over the years my symptoms have gotten so much worse that I am at a loss a...
