I have read the ingredients and can’t find anything I shouldn’t have, but thought I would run it past the group, to make sure. Is it ok to drink low sodium V-8 juice?

Thank you E and Tex. All the research I found regarding diet restrictions, addressed food to avoid, but not much of what I COULD eat. Since this is day one on my journey toward getting better, I needed those suggestions. Now to find out how to make bone broth.
