Hi Wendy! I'm brand new on here - haven't even tried any meds yet (and frankly, don't really want to because I'm scared of steroids and anti-inflam's) - so I'm just kind of waiting and watching with small diet changes and Imodium only at night. I've gone from D over 10 times per day down to about 6....
