Hi, I've been on 1 tsp Psyllium, Reguloid (metamusal), mornings and evening; which bulks stool to pencil/cigar size or straight watery, explosive diarrea with out. I doc with VA, who of course refuse to refer or order lab work from Enterolab. So all I can suggest for a little relief from all out may...

My use has been a teaspoon w/water, morning and evening. It bulks up stool to at least pencil size, and eliminates alot of explosive gas, vs without use completely, explosive, watery diarrhea? GI recommended.
