Thank you!

I am still pinching myself about successful results from taking cholestrymine for less than two weeks.

As a side note, now, I am able to eat avocado, lamb, and veggies with coconut oil, and rice.

I am so grateful for this MC family.

Good news.

I recently started taking cholestrymine 3 times, daily, with amazing results: went from 10-20 to 5-10 trips to bathroom; and from WD, explosive D to solid bits. I am now eating avocado and lamb, and other foods.

Maybe I could actually get my life back.

Thanks, Tex, for info.

I am unable to eat any of these veggie proteins, and will stick with animal protein.

Smiles on your day ~

alternative sources for vegetable protein

Good morning, MC family,

I really would like to stop eating animal protein, and am wondering about alternative sources for vegetable protein. What's worked for folks? What's not?

Any thoughts from this wonderful MC family are welcomed with open arms and gratitude.

Thank you,
Sherry

enteric coated fish oil supplement

Anyone had any experience with Norwegian Gold from Renew Life? this enteric coated fish oil supplement contains lipase to digest the fats inside the capsule and it bypasses the stomach and liver. I don't seem to be able to digest fats. For example, when I eat 1/8th tsp. of avocado, it runs through m...

Also, I sure would like information about the DIGESTIVE ENZYMES AND BETAINE HCL, and MG lotion that Laine mentioned in her post. What are brand names, for example? Thank you!

I can't find on world wide web the bile acid sequestrant, cholestryamine by Sandoz referred to by a couple folks.

I have googled it, been to amazon, with no luck.

Would someone send a link to site where I can purchase it, please?

Sad to hear about death of your husband. You've been through a lot, to say the least, and have tremendous courage and perseverance. Thanks for your post. It was helpful to me.

Nearly four months have passed since I started a diet to heal MC, and I continue having multiple bouts of D, daily, and from time to time, fecal incontinence Now, because I am driving cross-country, my daily diet is extremely limited: 3-4 duck eggs and 3-4 bananas, plus rice milk and occasional G-F ...

Salmon is packed in water and per consumer report this brand safest with regard to mercury. This past evening I had 2 tablespoons of same salmon because I had eaten only hot rice cereal all day and was very very hungry. I had no other safe food in the house. Another question. Could the recent issue ...
