Thank you!
I am still pinching myself about successful results from taking cholestrymine for less than two weeks.
As a side note, now, I am able to eat avocado, lamb, and veggies with coconut oil, and rice.
I am so grateful for this MC family.

alternative sources for vegetable protein
Good morning, MC family,
I really would like to stop eating animal protein, and am wondering about alternative sources for vegetable protein. What's worked for folks? What's not?
Any thoughts from this wonderful MC family are welcomed with open arms and gratitude.
Thank you,
Sherry

I don't seem to be able to digest fats. For example, when I eat 1/8th tsp. of avocado, it runs through m...

Nearly four months have passed since I started a diet to heal MC, and I continue having multiple bouts of D, daily, and from time to time, fecal incontinence Now, because I am driving cross-country, my daily diet is extremely limited: 3-4 duck eggs and 3-4 bananas, plus rice milk and occasional G-F ...

Salmon is packed in water and per consumer report this brand safest with regard to mercury. This past evening I had 2 tablespoons of same salmon because I had eaten only hot rice cereal all day and was very very hungry. I had no other safe food in the house. Another question. Could the recent issue ...
