At this time I'm just taking calcium and vitamin D3 and using magnesium lotion every night after bath, that's it !

Thanks a lot for your responses Erica P-G and TEX, they are very important to me. I just started to eat just what I can eat based on the lab results and I'm doing a little bit better now, I'm also using the Magnesium lotion and I'm not feeling tired any more. Thanks a lot for your support !
