Just a warning about the oil-based - or even soft capsule - supplements.- Most contain soy - and many contain gluten. I have had a hard time gluten free/soy free supplements. I found this out the hard way as I started adding more things to my diet.

Quick update... I did not test my gluten sensitivity because I had noticed an immediate improvement in sypmtoms and disapperance of headaches (haven't taken tylenol in months) when I eliminated it from my diet. My dairy results showed no sensitivity at all - but I've only added back in Greek yogurt....
