Tex, Would it be beneficial to do the Enterolab testing if I’m not in a flare? I have been controlling my LC with diet and no drugs. I have been in remission sine early July.land want to continue on this path by avoiding trigger foods.

I have swung over to constipation without taking any Pepto or Immodium or other meds. I’m not sure if it is part of MC or that with the flare going away the lack of fiber is causing it. I don’t want to introduce fiber in my diet as I am fearful of going back to the bid D! Is taking Miralax a good id...
