MICROSCOPIC COLITIS SUPPORT

My doctor had me try eliminating all the other pills: rx and over the counter, like vitamins. I switched doctors and was able to try getting off the ssri Paxil and try Nortiptyline for depression. My symptoms have greatly deminished of the past month!! I also was concerned if a bathroom wasn't close!

The question I am dealing with is to just go with what will work, get and stay gluten free, or be tested to give me that extra push to not fall off the wagon. :-)

How do the doctors get better educated about what works beyond the meds?

Wow, who would have thought there was help for such "personal" problems. I've tried Preparation H, but it burned so much, it didn't feel like it was helping

I am the oldest of 7 kids and 2 of my siblings have Celiac sprue. I have been checked and don't have it, but was diagnosed with MC. I seem to do better if I eliminate gluten.
