Thanks so much for sharing. It looks beautiful there.
What is the antenna on the front of Rianna for? Is that a race car accessory?
Wishing you both all the best.

How frustrating! Hopefully you get the service this time around that you should have gotten in the first place and at no additional charge. I drove my kit to Fed Ex too because the blood needed to be drawn after 12:00 pm and noon is the deadline here for a Fed Ex pickup if the package must be there ...

Nancy,
I second Gloria's post and just wanted to say you are not alone. It's disappointing when we have to give up another food source but maybe once the body has time to heal it can be reintroduced.
Hope things settle down and you have some really good days.

Congrats on feeling better.
Taking it easy on your body for a while is a good idea. It's easy to want to push hard when we feel better but our bodies need time to recover after a long flare like that.
Thanks for the good news.

Thanks for your support Kelly and Kari, Kelly asked: It's interesting that cocoa is listed under dairy. Is that assuming you are mixing cocoa with another safe food like almond milk to create hot cocoa? I don't know what to do with the cocoa as I don't have anything on my list to mix it with. I am w...

Nancy, I think Joe gave you some great advice about listening to your body. If you are feeling better it seems like you are going in the right direction. Everyone has advice and their intentions are good but they don't live with our bodies everyday and most people don't know anything about MC. I'm g...

Zizzle, I agree with Polly on the need for someone who is a good listener. Most men tend to give us answers instead of being the compassionate ear that we really want. I'm touched that you are putting so much thought into how you might help your Mom, good for you. I'm sure just being able to spend t...

Joe, Thanks for the article. It's encouraging to see something that points in the right direction. Marliss,
It sounds like you have a lot going on and I don't feel like I know enough to be helpful. I will defer to someone with more knowledge. I hope there are some tests that will help you and I hope you can figure out this puzzle very soon.

Thanks Mary Beth, Gloria, Sara, Pat and Polly for the encouragement. Mary Beth remarked that I have lot of reactive foods and asked which ones surprised me. I wasn't surprised that I reacted to alot of foods,I kind of expected it. I was surprised that sunflower was reactive and that corn was a red f...
