At least my gastro did that much. But to tell me that diet will not help me floored me.
Needless to say I fired him. I have an appointment coming up with a new one.

I have the same pain below my belly button when I get bloated. I have a small hernia which is pretty common just below the belly button. MC has made it worse due to the inflammation I guess. The pain increases with a full bladder also.

I’m dosing one Imodium in the morning and one pepto after dinner. I’m down to going once sometimes twice a day, mainly in the morning. Nothing solid yet but not watery diarrhea either. I’m afraid to stop. That’s why I asked. Glad you are here Tex thanks again.

How often does everyone take Imodium or Pepto? Is it a daily thing or just when traveling or going out? Just wondering about long-term use.
