Thanks Jen😊 Yeah I'm pretty careful about reading labels and even contacting companies when in doubt. And I posted that I was down to chicken breast, sweet potatoes and green beans to eat, none of which come from processed food. But thanks for the reminder.

I use Life Flo pure magnesium oil from the health food store. It's 66 mg per four sprays and I usually use 12, six on each leg daily.

Gabes I do use magnesium spray but can seriously up that. I try to stay away from dairy (I react almost immediately) and soy but soy is much harder. It's in everything!!! I had gotten down to chicken, sweet potatoes and green beans as safe foods. And was still having D.

I usually just eat meat or frozen dinners gluten free when I'm there. Which is only about two times a year. I do wash my hands afte...

I thought it would or will be difficult because I thought I was doing good already with control but evidently I am getting gluten somewhere. I've been really serious about this now for a couple of years and thought I was gluten free... Evidently not. The doc said my small intestine looks very thinne...

You know, I knew that about Nexium, but I guess I thought maybe it wouldn't affect me so much...I don't know really what I was thinking. The good thing was that Nexium I could take first thing in the morning. I can't take Zantac before meals because I have to take the cholestyramine right after a me...

Ok, here is where I am. I am taking two of the packets of the med twice a day. It is Par Pharmaceuticals brand. So far the very first day things seemed to be a little better as far as the D but the acid was so bad I had to back off of the medicine. The next day I took it after eating and took a Nexi...

I used it long term. My problem was I could not tolerate a full dose 9mg. So my max was 6. And I truly couldn't afford it, even from out of country. When I say I am on a limited budget, I really mean I am on a limited budget. So there were weeks where I had to go down to one every couple of days, or...
