Thanks Jen Yeah I'm pretty careful about reading labels and even contacting companies when in doubt. And I posted that I was down to chicken breast, sweet potatoes and green beans to eat, none of which come from processed food. But thanks for the reminder.

I use Life Flo pure magnesium oil from the health food store. It's 66 mg per four sprays and I usually use 12, six on each leg daily.
