Thanks Tex, I'll check that out. Cooking didn't used to be my thing, but there is something about starving all the time that makes you dwell on food. Now I love cooking which is a good thing because going GF you pretty much have to make all your meals.

OMG! I just finished making these and they are fantastic! A real PIA to roll out though, but worth the effort if you need something that almost resembles normal. I really need to put some weight on so the extra carbs should do me good. I also didn't get 8 out of them, maybe 4 or 5 I'll have to go ba...

Best GF tortilla's??

I'm needing something more then just lettuce to wrap my sandwich ingredients in. I was thinking I might be able to do a GF tortilla better then the breads. I have texture issues. :) The ones I just tried from French Meadow tasted like cardboard, and were really hard and stiff. I even nuked them in a...

Newbie intro

Hi all, My name is Deanna, I'm 37 and was diagnosed with Crohn's in 2004. After first being diagnosed I was intolerant of many of the drugs. I can't take anything like asacol, most 6mp's and I'm non responsive to steroids. Rimicade on double the dose and methotrexate worked for about two years, noth...
