No, but I do take my Magesium and Ambien at 10:30 at night. No medications with dinner.

Hi Gabes yes I usually eat around 6-6:30 pm and then the pain like clockwork starts at 8:30. And it is different food, either chicken, turkey or fish with my own crockpot veggies. I usually got to bed around 10-10:30 at night.

Thanks everyone for the advice. A small update from my side. I was doing extremely well on my GF diet. Waiting to get my test results back from Entero. The pain at night is very severe and my GI prescribed Bentyl. I only took 1 10 mg tablet Saturday and suddenly I have WD today . Just from one pill....

Thanks Gabes and Tex, healing takes time and the weird added medicines will not help. What food specific one like a "kimchi" or any fermented foods will be safe for out to promote the good bacteria? Thanks for the advice on the magnsium lotion

Thanks so much. I actually removed Greek Yogurt and have been eating Coconut or Almond Milk yogurt. I also made my own GF bread today, Made the Paleo muffins and finally ordered my EnteroLabs tests.

Thanks Tex, that at least will give me some "baseline" to go look and see what I'm eating at lunch or afternoon snack that is triggering the pain.

Why is most severe pain always at night?
Tex and Team I have been GF for about a month thanks for the great advice from this board. I'm basically Normn most of the days, some not so Normn but as we know with this disease in the beginning it is potluck. The bloat and pain during the day is low. I also take a bath at night (around 7:30-8 pm)...

Thank you. Just an update from my side. I increased my Magnesium to 600 mg and added in Vitamin D, my pain has been manageable and I have been having nearly Normn's , which is positive. I did add Vitamin B from Thorne back into my daily vitamin intake but the pain in my upper tract seems to be on a ...
